Flag Football
Jeremy Klein Flag Football Coordinator
Our flag football program focuses on teaching the basic fundamentals of the game, including specific maneuvers, movements, and terminology that help athletes develop a strong foundation. The emphasis is on learning, growth, and teamwork rather than competition. We do not keep score, ensuring that the experience remains focused on skill development, being a good teammate, and making sure every athlete gets the opportunity to play. Practices are designed to be engaging and age-appropriate, incorporating drills that build confidence and ability while maintaining a fun and supportive environment. Parents are encouraged to stay and actively promote good sportsmanship, reinforcing the values of respect, effort, and teamwork that we strive to instill in our athletes. Our flag football program follows a house league model with a rotating “traveling team” for those seeking additional skill development and competitive play. This structure allows for a balance of both recreational and more advanced football experiences. To enhance communication and coordination, we have added a Flag Football Coordinator to our Board this year. This position will help ensure smooth communication between coaches, team parents, families, and athletes, making for a more and rewarding season for everyone involved.
Tackle Football
Richie Merriam Football Director
Anthony Sebastian Football Assistant
Zachary Williams Football Assistant

Our tackle football program is designed to be instructional, helping athletes develop the skills and knowledge needed for full-contact play. During the summer, teams will practice four days a week, focusing on core strength, speed, and agility. Coaches will work closely with each athlete to determine their strengths and assign them to positions that best suit their abilities, ensuring they gain confidence and experience in their role on the team. Because tackle football requires a high level of preparation and teamwork, attendance at practice is crucial. Missing practices can result in reduced playing time or not participating in games, as consistent training is necessary for both individual growth and team success. Our goal is to provide a structured and supportive environment where athletes can develop their skills, learn the importance of discipline, and grow both on and off the field.
Non- Competitive Cheer
Jessica Keipper Cheer Director
Maggie Williams Cheer Assistant
We are expanding our non-competitive cheer this season to include athletes entering Kindergarten through 6th grade for the 2025-2026 school year! This program is perfect for youth who want to have the experience and fun of cheerleading, but no pressure of competitions. Learn motions, jumps, sideline cheers and a dance routine. Build confidence, teamwork and pride through basic stunting skills and tumbling skills. Athletes will cheer at all games, perform at the Junior Saints Pep Rally and Showcase and the RYFC Competition (only 1).
The levels will include athletes entering kindergarten through 2nd grade AND athletes entering 3rd grade through 6th grade.
